His work is rooted in the belief that organizational success stems from a profound understanding of leadership competencies. Through his extensive career, Akram has witnessed firsthand how organizations unite and develop unstoppable momentum through a shared vision.

In his career, including roles as European Leader at Vertex Inc. and as the DACH Region Head at Actimize and SSC Intralinks, Akram has driven significant revenue growth, expanded market shares, and established market leadership with his European teams. Through trusted collaboration with international clients across EMEA, APAC, and the US—as well as with the BIG4 consulting firms and technology partners—he has supported leading companies such as Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, Credit Suisse, Allianz, Zurich, Siemens, Bayer, ASML, Lego, BP, Daimler, Maersk, H&M, Stryker, Rio Tinto, Aldi, Ford Europe, Air Liquide, and many more.

Yvonne El-Rikabi brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience to the strategic and operational direction of LUMINLUCID. With her extensive expertise in organizational leadership and the development and implementation of holistic programs, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the platform’s vision and impact. Her leadership expertise spans stress prevention, nutrition, behavioral sciences, and integrative approaches to health promotion.

As the founder and head of a renowned health management center, Yvonne built an international network and trained over 150 professionals through her proprietary training programs. Additionally, more than 1,500 experts in prevention, therapy, and health promotion have successfully advanced their skills in her academy.

Prior to her role at LUMINLUCID, Yvonne gained valuable experience in the finance and IT industries, where she was instrumental in the successful execution of complex projects—both within team structures and in collaboration with clients. This unique blend of operational excellence and strategic foresight defines her current work at LUMINLUCID.

As Co-Founder, Yvonne El-Rikabi is responsible for the operational processes at LUMINLUCID. She ensures that renowned trainers can effectively and systematically share their expertise. Dr. Rolf Specht

Dr. Rolf Specht is one of the most renowned voices in leadership and organizational development in the German-speaking world. With over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, interim manager, trainer, top executive coach, and organizational developer, he has guided hundreds of leaders and teams from prestigious companies and financial institutions on their journey to peak performance.

As a core team member and author of numerous subject areas at LUMINLUCID®, Dr. Specht contributes his extensive knowledge and insights to the platform.

After studying German Studies, Theology, and Theatre Studies, Dr. Specht turned his focus to communication psychology and leadership topics. As the founder of Management College Zurich®, he established a successful institute for management and leadership education. His work includes the systemic and systematic support of management teams in areas such as Operational Excellence, Change Management, and Values-Based Leadership.

Additionally, Dr. Specht is a lecturer at renowned universities and business schools, including ETH Zurich, the University of St. Gallen, and ZHAW. He collaborates with leading business schools such as the St. Gallen Business School (SGBS), the Boston Business School (BBS) in Zurich, the St. Gallen Management Institute (SGMI), the St. Gallen Management Program (SMP), and the Institute for Communication and Leadership (IKF) in Lucerne.

With his extensive expertise and emphasis on reflective leadership, Dr. Specht helps organizations build a conscious and sustainable corporate culture.

Dr. Hans Friderichs:

Dr. Hans Friderichs embodies political leadership and economic responsibility. As Germany’s Federal Minister of Economics (1972–1977), he championed a balance between economic progress and social equity. After transitioning to the private sector, he led Dresdner Bank as Chairman of the Executive Board (1978–1985), strengthening the institution during a period of economic challenges. Additionally, he significantly influenced economic developments as a supervisory board member and chairman for companies such as Adidas, Leica Camera, Schneider Electric, and Goldman Sachs. His career has been characterized by strategic foresight and a deep sense of responsibility.
