During his time in the corporate sector, he took on key leadership roles and supported expansion efforts across Europe. He led the development of strategic markets in EMEA and APAC, was responsible for customer acquisition, and drove the establishment of global business relationships. With his regional teams, he built high-performance structures for sales and service excellence and established a comprehensive network across the entire value chain—ranging from consulting, acquisition, and sales to implementation, customer support, customer excellence, and partner management.
Through interdisciplinary collaboration with clients, XCOS, Heads of Functions, the Big Four, consulting firms, and technology partners such as SAP and Oracle, he successfully implemented enterprise-wide, data-driven solutions—particularly through complex integrations and system-transforming projects.
Akram's expertise includes highly specialized solutions ensuring global tax compliance in a dynamic regulatory environment. His teams have successfully introduced global tax solutions in corporations such as Siemens, Bayer, ASML, Lego, BP, Stryker, Rio Tinto, Aldi, Ford Europe, Vorwerk, Adidas, Air Liquide, and many more.
Additionally, he has worked with leading providers of Financial Crime, Risk & Compliance Solutions to meet regulatory requirements in financial markets compliance, anti-money laundering, fraud detection, and enterprise case management for globally operating banks, insurance companies, and financial institutions. His achievements include the global implementation of future-proof systems at banks such as Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, Credit Suisse, and BNP Paribas, as well as at insurance groups such as Allianz and Zurich.
In the area of technical M&A advisory, he worked with all relevant stakeholders on highly confidential projects—including the successful sales of Postbank, Dresdner Bank, KION, various Siemens spin-offs, LEG Nordrhein-Westfalen, as well as a non-executed privatization initiative for Deutsche Bahn.
Alongside LUMINLUCID, he advises companies and executives as a strategic sparring partner and executive mentor. With the LinkedIn Fireside Talks, a forum for open and constructive discussions on key economic and societal topics has been established.
Akram's work is based on the belief that long-term success relies on overcoming situational asymmetries and having a deep understanding of human dynamics. The development of key personality competencies plays a central role in responsible, ethical, and purpose-driven leadership.

With her extensive expertise in organizational leadership and the development and implementation of holistic programs, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the platform's vision and impact.
Her leadership expertise spans stress prevention, nutrition, behavioral sciences, and integrative approaches to health promotion.
As the founder and head of a renowned health management center, Yvonne built an international network and trained over 150 professionals through her proprietary training programs. Additionally, more than 1,500 experts in prevention, therapy, and health promotion have successfully advanced their skills in her academy.
Prior to her role at LUMINLUCID, Yvonne gained valuable experience in the finance and IT industries, where she was instrumental in the successful execution of complex projects—both within team structures and in collaboration with clients.
This unique blend of operational excellence and strategic foresight defines her current work at LUMINLUCID.
